  • Incorrect pricing

  • Payment authorization failure

Fraudulent transactions may be investigated and reported to law enforcement.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payments must be successfully authorized before shipping.

All Canadian customers are charged in CAD.
International customers may see prices converted by their bank or card issuer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

RushWise ships both within Canada and internationally.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

You acknowledge that:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • RushWise is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other external factors

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier

Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility. No refunds are issued for packages lost due to address errors.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
